SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
We process all orders within 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT / WAREHOUSE LOCATION
We have many strategic warehouse locations globally.
Our major warehouses are in United State (USA) and China. We mostly sell products which are readily available in US warehouse for delivery with back up stock position in other warehouse and mostly in China.
In Some case, there is stock run out and our delivery time may increase from 2 – 8 Days to 10 to 15 Days. We will communicate to your customers with tracking number for expected delivery.
Our default delivery time is within 2 to 8 days.
INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS
We ensure all trendy products are available to our customer and therefore, we do offer International trendy products in our store. These products are mostly being shipped from China. Detail of our International shipment days is mentioned in International section.
Rest assured, we strive to make available chosen product at your doorstep soonest.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS AND ESTIMATES
Our Shipping is mostly Free in United State but may change without prior notification. Shipping charges are mostly mentioned during purchase process and will be visible to you.
With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays. Here’s a summary of our other shipping methods:

International Warehouse – China
For international items, we use best optimal solution considering the cost & delivery.
For all customer transaction, we use YT Ordinary Packet Option for goods being imported from China.

Shipping Cost is mostly based on weight & Dimension factors. If dimensions are volume is bigger, you may expect delay of couple of days. We will continue to offer free shipping in United States.
Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT & Custom duties. Custom cost will incur once the package reaches the destination country.
Our Pricing considers all duties and taxes unless its an exceptional situation.
Change in Regulation & other economic factors, responsibility for the incremental Charges will be on the customer. We will notify customer about this.

You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.
